Take part in National Fitness Day with complimentary access to Gym Plus Ballsbridge. Book in to meet a trainer for a chat about your health and fitness goals, try out their beautiful spa, a class or a workout on our well-equipped gym floor.
We encourage all ages and fitness levels to register and avail of this great opportunity. If you are taking part in our National Fitness Day, you must wear appropriate gym attire. Changing rooms are available, and we advise you to bring a water bottle.
Please note you will have to complete a Guest Form at The Gym Plus Reception on arrival.
