Take part in National Fitness Day with complimentary access to Gym Plus Ballsbridge on Monday, September 25th 2023.
Please register today to try out Gym Plus Ballsbridge’s beautiful spa, a class or a workout and their well-equipped gym floor. Trainers are available for support and advise.
We encourage all ages and fitness levels to register and avail of this great opportunity. You must wear appropriate gym attire if participating in our National Fitness Day. Changing rooms are available; we advise you to bring a water bottle.
Please note you must complete a Guest Form at The Gym Plus Reception on arrival.
